You may submit one abstract for a poster presentation on any topic in neuroscience. Multiple abstracts by the same registered participant are not accepted. No free oral communications are scheduled. 

It is recommended that you do not use special characters in abstracts as they may not appear correctly in the electronic program. 

Poster submissions should include:
          1. Title
          2. Author(s)
          3. Institutions
          4. Abstract (200 words)

Poster board size will be portrait format, 100 cm (width) x 130 cm (height).

Poster submissions will only be considered from registered conference participants. Please register before submitting a poster.

The deadline for poster submissions is 16th December 2023. Posters will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.

You may edit / update the contents of your submitted abstract until 15th January 2024. To make changes to your submitted abstract, please email Emma Bennett.
