The Hotel
Das Central (the meeting hotel) offers special room rates for conference delegates. These rates are applicable only if you book direct with the hotel using the code provided after registering for the conference. If you have registered and not received your code, please contact Emma Bennett.
Please note that our contingency at the meeting hotel is limited and may be exhausted even before the early bird registration date. Early registration and hotel reservation is therefore strongly recommended. Please email Daniela Pade if you have any questions about conference arrangements with the hotel.
Hotel Rates (half board)
Single occupancy € 252,- /night
Double occupancy € 470,- /night
Family Suite € 580,- /night (2 people)
Additional Costs
Local tax: € 4 per adult per night
For early or late departure an additional fee of €25 per person per night will be charged.
Rates include VAT and half board, i.e. full buffet breakfast and 5-course dinner (without drinks), and a conference gala dinner; free access to spa facilities and gym; WiFi. Wellness and health treatments available at extra cost.
These are significantly reduced rates from the hotel's usual prices and only apply if you book using the conference code.
Child rates
Significant reductions are available for children staying with their parents in the same room (i.e. a third person, with an extra bed) as follows:
0 - 3 years € 40,-
4 - 6 years € 80,-
7 - 14 years € 110,-
15+ years € 130,-
Child rates also include half board. Child rates may be higher if accommodated in suites.
No hotel deposit is required. Payment of the full hotel bill is due upon checkout.
Cancellation information
Cancellation information is as follows; please discuss any questions with the hotel.
Up to 2 months before the day of arrival: cancellation free of charge
2 months to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total amount due
1 month to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total amount due
1 week before the arrival date: 90% of the total amount due
There are several hotels available at different categories, including low-budget hotels, in easy walking distance from the conference hotel. These hotels are not administered through the conference and you are advised to book directly or through your preferred online booking platform.
